Who? 🎯
Target audience
Finally, we defined four user personas: The Friendly Geek, the Traditionalist, the Progressivist, and the Digital Worker, and developed their customer journeys.
Behavioral archetypes are positioned based on their different levels of technological proficiency and interest in a live interaction. The purpose of this step was to pass from the data we had collected to a starting point to build our personas.

Customer Journeys 🗺
Finally, we focused only on the two main types of end users
- The Friendly Geek and The Progressivist.
THE MAIN CONCLUSION #1 ‼️
The Friendly Geek enjoys interacting with the customers and is keen to receive feedback to improve his business. He tries to be present on different platforms.
THE MAIN CONCLUSION #2 ‼️
The Progressivist is not so good at using technology, but she is always willing to get involved and learn if someone is there to teach her.

Focus 🤌
Bars, and pubs in Italy 🍹 🇮🇹
Since designing a solution that could help EVERY business is not possible, we narrowed the service solution to the pubs and bars niche and especially the ones that rely very much on the Italian tradition of the Aperitivo.

The first screen on the homepage is a map, which encourages the user to search for the nearest bars and see directions to them.
Once the user selects a bar, he can see the menu and create an order, either from the bar's current menu or customize it, like putting custom ingredients in the cocktail.
When the order is sent to the bar, the user receives a confirmation notice if the order is accepted
and the approximate time of preparation and code for event participation.
