Web Free (play of words on Web3) is a new crypto podcast talking about a Web3 culture, a new way of “living” on the Internet, free from the control exerted by traditional “Web 2” companies (like Google, Facebook, Apple, etc), one that is built on open-source technology that has privacy, freedom, and censorship resistance as core values underlying it.
Web Free is a new podcast and finding a way to position it to be immediately understood what the podcast is about was the main strategy.
For the podcast, its name is the most important thing because it this Web Free the logo doesn't have an abstract icon but instead is a catchy readable logotype that can be read easily in small sizes at the profile image of the YouTube channel.
The typeface is Space Mono a font that perfectly tells the person who reads it that this is a modern digital brand looking into the future.
Excellent for readability on small sizes because the x-height of the letters is tall. Black text placed on blue highlight gives a good contrast with purple as the main background of all.
When used across the branding the logo have also circular dot waves spreading from the center like a signal broadening Web3 knowledge to its followers.

Client Feedback
Bogdan was a joy to work with. I needed someone creative who can understand exactly the vibe of the brand that I was going for and come up with some good directions for our identity and our logo.
Bogdan was essential in guiding us with key questions (so we could figure out exactly what we wanted) and produced some really good work.
What I liked, in particular, is both the way he presented his work (lengthy PDFs with lots of examples and mockups to give you a good feel of the direction) and the information that it contained (he always explains exactly why he chose a specific font or a specific color so that you know what it means and what it will inspire.
I'm so happy that I'll definitely be collaborating with Bogdan on our graphic design needs moving forward."
